We have over 14 different neighborhoods throughout Eastern South Dakota. Here at Nielson Construction, we build two types of products, in-construction homes, and designed homes. We invite you to review the specifics below:

In Construction Homes:
• Varied Construction Time, 2-6 months
• Limited Revisions of Selection Packages (pending stage of construction)

Designed Homes:
• Pre-Designed Homes: Select a pre-designed plan and pre-designed exterior/interior Selection Packages, 10-12 months to completion
• Custom Homes: Design a fully custom plan and choose selections to fit your style and budget, 12-18 months to completion
