We purchased our new home without even asking or knowing what the cabinets, countertops, carpet, tile, flooring, lighting fixtures, etc. would be like! However we had viewed Nielson Construction homes and had complete confidence in the final outcome. The day we did the walk thru before signing the purchase agreement proved us right... The home was beautifully done with granite countertops, neutral colors, neutral carpet colors as well as the wood flooring, light fixtures, ceiling fans, cabinets, woodwork, appliances, and so on...We enjoy exploring what SW Sioux Falls has to offer. Nielson Construction and the HOA team have been very responsive to any questions or any small issues we have had. We highly recommend Nielson Construction.
