How It Works
- The process begins by connecting with our Sales Team and creating a Proposal. They will guide you through all available product and design opportunities for your new home.
- If you choose a pre-designed option and selections are complete, you will receive the pre-chosen Selections Package. Should anything be added or revised with approval, it will be updated within the proposal and confirmed. Any proposed upgrade or addition requires approval before it can be finalized.
- If you choose the custom home route, you will assemble a Selection Package at the Nielson Construction Office.
- Our Selection Packages were crafted with the customer in mind using past customer data and trending finishes. Each interior set includes paint, millwork, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and various other characteristics. Selection packages vary in price. Revisions outside of our selection packages are available with approval at an additional cost.
- After the Proposal is confirmed & approved, you will meet with the Sales Manager to sign a Purchase Agreement.
- Prior to closing, our Closing Team will confirm your closing date and time, as well as a final price, if there are changes. At closing, a member of our Closing Team will meet with you and go over warranties and all new home documents. All closings are held at Stewart Title.
