We closed on our Nielson construction home in the fall of 2023. Our experience has been very positive, from the initial phone contact with Brandy, the tours of available homes, and through the purchase process. The closing instructions involving the care of our new home, appliances, HVAC, cement care, etc was very well explained The house has met our expectations as far as a home. If we have questions, the Nielson Construction team has been transparent with us as far as what to expect with structure adjustments that are normal in the first year of construction. Any communication is responded to timely and with professionalism. We love the neighborhood, and the variety of floor plans that exist. This allows for individuality within the neighborhood, so your home stands out. Nielson Construction and their home sales personnel are very approachable. We chose Neilson Construction for our new home, not only for affordability, but construction expectations & location.
